BLOODRUN E.V.S.

Bloodrun Emergency Voluntary Service (EVS) is a blood bike charity established in 2010, to provide a free, voluntary courier service to North East NHS hospitals and Trusts.

The charity is staffed by unpaid volunteers who give up their time in order to provide this vital service to the NHS; saving them much needed money and providing a professional transportation service.
Registered Charity: 1148463

This gallery contains a selection of photographs I have taken whilst out on call as a volunteer rider/driver for Bloodrun E.V.S. We are lucky enough to have some fabulous scenery and architecture here in the north of England. Newcastle is a city we travel to every day and they have some of the best architecture in the North-East as seen here.

The team at Bloodrun includes volunteer riders, drivers and admin staff who all work tirelessly day and night to support the NHS. Volunteers are not paid for their time and offer themselves to ride the motorbikes and cars in any weather (when safe) to provide the urgent transport service.

If you would like to support a local charity, you could become a patron of Bloodrun E.V.S. for a small donation of a minimum of £10.
Your donations will help keep the fleet of motorbikes and vehicles on the road 24hrs a day and you will receive a Bloodrun Patron pin badge, Patron certificate and a copy of the monthly on-line newsletter.

Patron Contact: [email protected]
If you would like to purchase any of the photographs shown here, 100% of the profit will go to the Bloodrun charity. Thank you.
